Aarohan (Sanskrit ārohaṇa — ascent) is an India-first operating system for people, pay and the live site. It is built for construction, manufacturing, infrastructure and multi-site services — not retrofitted from a Western HR suite.

Hire-to-retire lives in one SaaS workspace: recruitment, onboarding, core HR, geo-fenced attendance, India payroll, performance, learning, expenses, projects and helpdesk. Site works adds the construction spine — WBS, tenders, stores, DPR, RA billing, BOCW and handover — on the same tenant.

Nexora Infra is the live demo company. Super Admin manages plans, GST invoices and this public website. The product is delivered by Rynex Technologies.
